"Sync App has stopped working" Error Message - Fix

If you are receiving this message then it is possible that a temporary files has been corrupted

You will need to delete the Digital_Matter Embedded folder.

 

The folder is usually located in…

C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Digital_Matter_Embedded


<user> above will be the name that you have logged in with.


Tip: (You can search your PC for the folder: "Digital_Matter_Embedded" )


Please note that the AppData folder is a hidden folder, so you would have to make sure hidden folders are being shown.  (see how to show hidden folders)

 

Please restart the sync application once this has been completed.
