Sometimes you may need to identify an unknown device's serial number.

To Locate the Long serial number of your device:

1. Download and Install The Sync Application from the following Link: (If you have it installed already go to STEP 2)

2. Connect your Device Using the USB Cable Supplied

3. Right clicking on the Sync App ICON (The multi-coloured icon) in the status bar as shown below, and selecting ABOUT.

The following window will appear and in it you will see a long number if the device is connected to the PC's USB port

4. Use the RIGHT button on your mouse (not left) to RIGHT click on the serial number and a pop up will appear that says "Copy Serial Number".  Click on this pop-up using your normal LEFT mouse button:

5. PASTE this number into an empty email and send the email to support@gpslogbook.co.za or Save it somewhere handy for future reference.

Tip: (Use the CTRL + V) key on your keyboard to PASTE the number.
