I have synced my device previously but now cant sync!

If you have previously synced successfully, and are using the same computer as before please check that the sync app is still installed running on your computer.


Sometimes the application is stopped by other services on your PC.


On a PC, go to your START menu, select All Programmes and find the GPS Log Book folder.  Open the folder and click on the "GPS Log Book Sync App" icon to launch it.  


On a Mac, go to your Applications folder and click on the GPS Log Book icon to launch the Sync App.


If the application is already running you will see a message that says "It looks like the Sync App is already running".


If you do not see this message then the Sync App will now be running, and you can now plug your device in and it should sync perfectly.
